I just spent 45 minutes moving boxes in the basement and carrying boxes of books aaaalllll the way to the big closet upstairs. I did not find my weights but ... that's not a bad little workout

15 Min TreadClimber... It was my 1st time using this machine. It took a little to get use to, but it was a good workout on 3.0 mph and max treads it had my heart rate at 160.
