  • I did my usual walk this morning and I walked with my Mom this afternoon.

    40 minute strength training
    60 minute cardio - TM
  • Today I did Turbo Jam 20 minute Workout - 20 minutes
  • 45 min LB strength w/ trainer - he kicked my butt
    50 min elliptical
  • W/T last night. Actually completed full 3 sets for each exercise and added some extra crunches - I'm progressing
  • Legs
    20 min cardio
    5k run later on today
  • The college boy's laptop didn't fit in the basket of my bike! I had a nice little errand loop I was gonna try.

    So all I drove was to the computer guys and back. I'll do the post office/bank thing on foot.
  • I rode my bike after all... with eggs in my basket! It was nice.
  • 30 min elliptical
    20 min treadmill walk
  • 10/10
    40 min w/t - lunch time
    40 min stepper - after work
  • 25min yoga
    Flex appeal dvd
  • 50 min elliptical.
  • Got a 4mile run in. I really just had to go do it, bc I really didn't "feel" like it. But afterwards, it was so worth it!!

    Mandalinn, just noticed you met your Sept goal 2 weeks early! Congratulations!! Good Luck on your December one - you can do it!
