    Ran 3.6miles last night. Scheduled to do WT tonight.

    I'm still trying to work up to longer workouts on the "harder" machines but my total workout time is increasing steadily.

    Elliptical: 10 minutes
    Arctrainer: 10 minutes
    Treadmill: 38 minutes

  • Hi, newbie to this area of the forum, but I wanted to jump in here! I was exercising 5 to 6 days a week up until a month ago when I hurt my knee during a FIRM DVD and then a family situation stressed me out and sent me into a deep depression. I am crawling my way out of my hole now and slowly geting back into this. Today was day 1! WoooHooooo! Anyways, starting off with the WATP 2 miles and some crunches and when that get's easier I'll bump it up to 3 and then back to some FIRM, Kathy Smith and TBL Work-out.

    Treadmill: 18 minutes
    Arctrainer: 15 minutes
    Elliptical: 10 minutes
    Total: 43 minute workout

    no cardio in the evening due to root canal
  • Cardio, weights for arms, and pilates.
  • 32 min elliptical
    20 min treadmill walk
  • Ran 3.2 miles
    Walked 3.5 miles
  • Went for a 10 minute brisk walk the last 3 days!!
  • 35 mins HIIT
    chest workout
