I'm still trying to work up to longer workouts on the "harder" machines but my total workout time is increasing steadily.

Elliptical: 10 minutes
Arctrainer: 10 minutes
Treadmill: 38 minutes

Hi, newbie to this area of the forum, but I wanted to jump in here! I was exercising 5 to 6 days a week up until a month ago when I hurt my knee during a FIRM DVD and then a family situation stressed me out and sent me into a deep depression. I am crawling my way out of my hole now and slowly geting back into this. Today was day 1! WoooHooooo! Anyways, starting off with the WATP 2 miles and some crunches and when that get's easier I'll bump it up to 3 and then back to some FIRM, Kathy Smith and TBL Work-out.
