I hopped on my stationary bike last night and biked 2.6 miles, so over 10 miles cycled yesterday.
I've only walked on my treadmill for about 17 - 20 minutes, but I was going 3.5 - 3.8mph, kept changing. I've walked over a mile, maybe a mile and a half. Then I went to Wal-Mart and walked ton, so I may or may not get back onto the treadmill later.

I started "fresh" this week. So far I had two days of healthy eating and I am getting my water in. Today is the day I start to get active. I am getting a group together - a bunch of us will start walking at lunch.
I have Curves membership, so I will start going there again. I am determined to get back on track! And, by golly, I will get there!!!

, did HIIT and hills, I don't know why but it was tough, I felt almost sick after the workout, barely had energy do do a back workout. I usually always do weights first then cardio, but I knew I would skip cardio, my least favourite, if I didn't do it first...
