32 minutes walking laps around school in my off block. Might be doing Taebo for about 20 minutes tonight as well. Again, 100 crunches, 100 bicep curls, 25 pushups.
Trainer last night. He upped my arm routine. And by "upped" I mean literally worked my arms so hard that I fell ON MY FACE on the BOSU trying to get out just one...more....rep. Flat on my face. And you know? I didn't even try to stop myself. That is apparently what they mean by failure :0) And afterward he STILL had me do 2 more ab exercises.
