  • Saturday was my rest day.

    Sunday - 30 min elliptical (ear still bothering me a bit) and 45 min UB/abs strength
  • I was super lazy this weekend and didn't workout . I am back at it today

    40 min HIIT - Stepper
  • 32 min elliptical
    20 min treadmill walk
  • 50 crunches, 50 band exercises (arms) 25 pushups
  • 60 minutes on the elliptical, high resistance...felt the burn.
  • Shrinking MAma -- Good for you on your first race, I certainly agree it IS a rush...

    Sunday -- Treadmill 5k, and arms
    Monday -- Legs!!
  • 15 minute brisk walk in the park tonight!!
  • Monday 10/30
    25 minutes (1.5 miles) treadmill
    15 minutes Arctrainer
    15 minutes elliptical
  • I thought I posted to this thread yesterday. I'm a newbie so bear with me. I did about 20 minutes of aerobics for today.
  • 32 minutes walking laps around school in my off block. Might be doing Taebo for about 20 minutes tonight as well. Again, 100 crunches, 100 bicep curls, 25 pushups.

  • 35 min elliptical
    20 min treadmill walk
  • Did my exercise for today.
  • No gym, but walked around the neighborhood with the kids.
  • Oh. My. Word.

    Trainer last night. He upped my arm routine. And by "upped" I mean literally worked my arms so hard that I fell ON MY FACE on the BOSU trying to get out just one...more....rep. Flat on my face. And you know? I didn't even try to stop myself. That is apparently what they mean by failure :0) And afterward he STILL had me do 2 more ab exercises.

    Then I got onto the elliptical for 50 min.
