Morning all! Well, things are looking up! We walked for about 30 minutes yesterday at lunch - and it was GREAT! We are going today too. It's a bit warmer than I would like for it to be, but I'll manage Thanks for the support and for the butt kicking!

I can't post from home anymore for some reason (it won't let me log in), so I'm always a day late with this...

I let dd schedule last night knock my own schedule out of whack. I guess there will be days like that, so I enjoyed reading BfL by Pamela while I waited for her. Tonight will be a run, and we'll be back on track!

I did indeed hop on my stationary bike last night and biked another 3 miles, taking my total to 10.

So far today I've walked 1.5 miles on my treadmill, going 4.4mph, and running for a few minutes at 5.5mph. I finished my 1.5 miles in just under 20 minutes. A 15 minute Yourself!Fitness session is on order today, and I plan on walking another half mile on the treadmill this evening.

TGIF!!!
Another 30 minutes walk is in! I have no idea about the "mileage", but we will try and figure it out sometime next week. Our lunch-walking group is getting bigger - good deal.
Happy Friday all!!!

I had an interesting run last night. My dh went with me and when I had got around 2 laps on the track, he told me he was going home and would be right back. Well, I decided to follow him back home which is 3miles away. My plan was to do 3miles anyway, right? So I took off on a hilly 3mile course, and did it with a good time also! He did catch me about half way and turned around, waiting for me at the start of the neighborhood. It made my run very interesting and enjoyable. I think I may try that again one day soon.

Tonight is w/t. I missed Wednes due to dd's b'ball tryouts, so I'm actually looking forward to it tonight. Go me

I walked an additional 0.6 miles last night, outside. So far today I've just done a 15 minute core body strength workout and rode my bike outside for 6.6 miles. My legs were hurting pretty badly before I began and I decided to call it quits.
