Hi excercisers !

Today I did 1 hour run outside. The weather here is glorious; sunny but not too hot.
My scales actuallt showed a lower number today, after 1 week of clean eats & 7 hours week total of excercise. I hope to keep it up this week

Great work folks! Very Inspiring!

I biked ten miles this morning. After I have something to eat here, I'm going to move a pile of bricks that used to be a chimney. I'm not sure how I'll classify that at fitday

Yesterday, cleaning up the garden (i.e. pulling all the plants, then weeding and weeding and weeding ) which involved lots of leg movements - they're sore! Today's plan, UBWO and cardio after work.

wednesday : 5.25K run, it was a terrible run... I went out early enough to beat the heat but the dampness and humidity killed me I walked most of the way, it may be because of my alergies, I'm not sure...So I'm going to the gym in a few minutes to do back and biceps, I'll bike there...

Edited: I just thought of something that may be the cause of what have slowed me down this morning... I gave blood late last night, would that have anything to do with it? hmmmm??

Sure giving a pint can make a difference. It just a slow and clean way of having a significant bleed. But you're healthy and will recover it quickly.

All I did yesterday was work, clean the wood stove and stack more bricks. It adds up to calories used but it's not the same a nice bike ride or a good, tiring session of

I biked my ten miles this morning and when I got home there was a message from work that I don't have to go until 5:30. So .... I might get around to doing some weights and I should get around to doing some more housework. The real bonus is that I can eat well. I only have to think of one snack to take if I only work 4 hours.

edited to say that I did do 30 minutes of upper body but not much housework
