I usually aim for time, but find myself seeing how far I can go in the amount of time I've got to exercise. When I do weights, I don't count anything except the reps/sets I do. I'll have to look at Ilene's new favorite site to see if it has my town. Always curious about distances. Outdoors, I usually measure with my car. I have several walking/running/biking routes that I know the distance of.
