I don't do: I think I can, I think I can.....
I do: I know I can, I know I can....

I am going to conquer (sp?) everything I tackle!!!

Hi,

I met my goal of 7 hours excercise last week. I went running 2 times for 1 hour outside. I bought a map so I can find out where the unpaved roads through the fields and the forests around my village lead to.

Target for this week is again 7 hours. Today I did 25 mins run outside, and UBW , total 70 minutes.

I'm having trouble getting off my semisoft butt here this morning. I think working evenings erodes my sleep time just a little everyday for a deleterious effect over several days. (I think that might be the fanciest excuse I've ever come up with)
I just have today off, so ... what do wives and mothers do with one day off? ... and I'm out of laundry detergent.
So, I'm off on the wrong foot, I have to go to the store first.
I'll go do that, have something to eat and check back here ... by then I might feel guilty enough to try the 12 mile route my husband suggested!!

Yes sir, Ilene ma'am sir!
It took me an hour and 40 minutes but I did it. There's hills on that far road!
I've got two loads of laundry hanging out and the third one is in the washer. Things are shaping up goodly here.
Now lunch ... hmmm

Yeah it definitely is a challenge! Especially now because I am working two jobs and going to school. Thanks for keeping an eye on me, I'll do the same for you!
