Hi Ladies!
My daughter and I were just discussing those "charlie horses" last night - she got one and we figured wearing a high heel all day yesterday may have also contributed to the cramping
Ilene, I just picked up a supplement for Cal-Mag-Zinc and some iron tablets. Went to donate blood this morning only to learn my hemacrit was off by one percent! I was so bummed! And I don't want to wrestle with anemia again.
That was a struggle about five years ago (during the height of perimenopause

)
Well, it would explain the fatigue I've been feeling and gives me an opportunity to do something about it.
Sashenka, I'm going to share your suggestion with my daughter and also give the orange/bananas a try in a few weeks. Thanks for posting about that.
In spite of my "weakened state," I did 2 miles of walking and some ab work. This is becoming a daily thing

I want to keep increasing my activities and hope to find some variations. After my body gets stronger, I think I'd like to try rollerblading. Ilene, do you have different workouts for different days of the week? I like that, sort of like following a varied food plan.
Take care everyone.
Jean
ps: Dizzi, good on you for jumping back in - just keep moving!
