Thursday: rowing machine 25 mins + LBW.
It is too hot to run today, also I am babying my left hip which is slowly improving. Strangely enough even though it is hot my hands are aching. I have sore joints, maybe arthritis ??

Scales dropped some again, so it looks like I have a working strategy right now: 7 hours excercise per week + clean food + 2 l water a day. I hope I can keep this up so I loose at least what I gained in the vacation.

Ilene...surely it is the blood! I am aenemic myself and it seems that with this hot humid weather I am continuously out of breath !

So I had my lovely exercise day yesterday and was supposed to work from 5:30 to 9:30. I took about 350 cals of good food which I finished at about 9. Then my shift dragged on and on and on .... short of letting the empty sides of my tummy rub together ... my choice was a ham sandwich on white bread!
I can't remember the last time I had processed ham ... nor bread ... let alone white bread! Ick!
My fitday stinks!
I finally got home at about 2 am. This morning I feel like a wrung out rag and live in fear of the phone ringing!
I'll probably go biking a little later .... right before my nap!

edited to say I did go biking. 10.4 kms and I never actually got off and pushed, even at the top of Betty Dale's hill. But it was pretty slow and wobbly. My bed is calling me.

I biked my ten miles in 70 minutes. I'd have to look back but I think that's pretty good time for me. Had a bit of a nasty north wind to contend with for 1 1/4 miles so I feel good about that today.

3 Miles WATP! So far for today! I am really trying to go for around at least 5 miles a day total. We shall see. But these miles do NOT include other things I do either.

Ten miles biked again. It's getting to be kind of easy. I'll have to have a look around at other paved roads.
