Hi. Spent most of the day out-and-about - park, 'shopping, etc. Uncomfortably humid, but put in about 4 miles. Tomorrow's yoga.

I don't know who's still with me but I'm sticking to Jillian no matter what, ladies. I think this thread has officially burned out. If that's the case I may have to move on to another accountability group to keep motivated, or recruit lurkers. I guess I wait and see. In the meantime I'm going to stay on track.

Here's my update....Played tennis Saturday, cleaned my house Sunday (mopping and sweeping counts as exercise to me....I worked up a sweat!). Tonight I am doing some yoga....oh yeah

Hello Everyone!
Spent the weekend in the Poconos on my family reunion. The weather was nice with only a brief morning shower. Or so I was told cause I was asleep. We spent saturday at a park and the sun was very potent, but I stuck it out to hand with my family. Do I really need to say that watching my diet was not a phrase that was in my vocabulary this weekend...lol I'm back on the wagon though and got back to my morning breakfast of yogurt, flax, walnuts and fruit.

I took off of work today and doing laundry right now and cleaning. I'm actually glad that the olympics are over. My nights were consumed by watching coverage. It wasn't even about rooting for the home team, but rather appreciating the art of the sport.

Ok, I'm off...be back later.

No workout yesterday... felt too sick to even finish all the housework that I wanted to do. I'm going to try to do something today.

I need to make an appointment with my GP about "increased lymphocytes." The obgyn said she didn't know if that could be causing my fatigue but that I should talk to him about it. Doesn't elevated lymphocytes mean infection? I'm confused... anyway, I'll probably also bring up the fact that my thyroid is borderline and maybe that's causing problems...

Yoga was great last night. I was so focused and present. If you live near Studio City, CA I totally recommend the Yoga Shelter.

Lulu, every time I try yoga the movements feel odd to me. I know its good for the body, but I keep trying and keep not liking it.

Bunneh, an increase in white blood count surely means something is wrong. I would see a specialist and not a generalist. A generalist can guess and just waste more time.

Gabi, can you do two segments of one level and one segment of level 3? This is where I like youtube because normally you can find individual segments and you can string them together for a workout using a custom playlist.

Exhale, OMG....I totally missed the post that you were leaving. I'm sad about that, but respect your reasons.

I decided to do L3 30DS just for old times sake and omg I'm going to be sore tomorrow. Next work out I'm moving up to L2 RI30, I found L2 too hard before so I went back to L1 but I've been nursing it far too long. Time to move up again.

I've been feeling "fluffy" in the mid-section the past few days and I'm praying it's just water weight from sodium. I had quite a few food slip up's last weekend and I'm feeling remorseful. *sigh*

Off to shower. Tomorrow is my 38th O_O and I hope my gift is a good year with less stress, lord knows I deserve a break.
