Had a great rest day I'm ready for week 4, good luck next week everyone and lets hope we can shred some lbs!

PhillyGirl, hope you didn't get too tired after cleaning. I did house cleaning yesterday including laundry and bathrooms. How was your new recipe?

Did workout 3 2day for the first time... I must admit that I struggled with my balance... even during cool down!

I want to wait before phase 1 is done before weight in, but I feel like I've gained weight (pants are tight...) anyone have ideas on why that is... I feel a bit discouraged about all this.

Also I don't have device to track my calory loss and I have a hard time to fugure how much calories I really burn during these workouts. Feels like I would burn a lot more in 30 minutes of treadmill...

I started day 1 today. I'm starting with the kick start week, menu and extra workout! I love it so far.

Mahora- you can use a calculator to calculate how many calories you burned. I do weight watchers and they have one on their website.
Try this http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php
Are you following her suggested menu?

I'm not following the proposed diet because it's a bit complicated for me an also much expensive. I've been eating well and sticking to 1200 calories intake. Before Body Revolution I was pretty stable with my weight. As for the calories calculator I use the one with MyFitnessPal, it's just that I'm not sure how accurate it is. I never know if I should put circuit training or basic aerobic. 300 calories seems alot for 30 minutes workout.

Muffin, I tried a blueberry muffin recipe from sparkpeople that was not so how. I tried a recipe called Cloud Pancake that was super good. I made Rachel Ray's Sausage, Kale and Lentil soup that was good and extremely filling. Because of my experiments cleaning was minimal. Like you I did get to laundry and bathroom cleaning.

mahora, 300 calories is a lot. I burn more than that doing the three workouts I've done so far from the program. I do weight more than you though.

I'm not following her meal plan either. I am paying close attention to eating healthier options. I also stopped eating out so much. As far as calories, for me 1200 calories is much too low. If you factor in exercise calories your body is surviving on less than 1000 calories. That's not good. I've placed my daily calorie count between 1400 and 1700.

I'm doing an extra week of workouts 1, 2 and cardio 1 before moving on. I'm happy to report that I weighed this morning and I'm out of the 200 weight class. So, so far I've lost 7lbs for my two week effort. I LOVE progress!

Awesome! Good job! I can't wait to see these kind of results!

Day 2 for me and it's going great. I don't find her meal plan to be too little in calories. It's about what I eat normally, just more healthy options and less empty calorie snacks. I also follow weight watchers and what I'm eating has been the right number of points I get daily.

Tonight's workout is done! I did workout 2 from phase 1. I will continue this for the rest of the week and next week move on to week 3/4 workouts.

@Puneri -- I haven't measure my self yet (will do on Sunday when I'm done with phas1) but I can see my legs, arms and stomach much smaller. However, adding some type of cardio on a daily basics (running, Elliptical, or bicycle)

@Mahora -- The calories you burn depends on your body and your physical condition. In my case in one of Jillian's workouts I can lose from 275 to 300 calories. Her workouts are a type of HIIT where you don't burn lots of calories right a way, but your body keeps burning more calories during the day. Also keep in mind what are you eating is not the same on eating 1200 calories in a clean eating than eating 1200 calories with lots of carbs and sugars. You don't have to follow her meal plan but it's recommended to eat clean and healthier, meaning lots of veggies, protein and less carbs (good ones)

When I did week 1 I gain 4lbs but in week 2 I lost 8lbs, so perhaps your body is just adjusting as mine was doing. I would recommend using a journal.

Thank you everyone for your answers.

@Muffin, I also watch carbs and eat lot of veggies, fruits and lean meat. I try to eat organic as much I a can. I hope my body will adjust like yours did.

2morrow is cardio day, I might add some running in the evening.

2 more weeks before my first weight in! fingers crossed!

I finished cardio this morning and had poached eggs for breakfast! I just love that breakfast and I've never been big on avocado! I'm plan to make the vegetable soup for lunch. Has anyone made that yet?

Did anyone else get a very cheap "replacement" resistance band? I got a note saying they were out of the black one and sent a replacement. My replacement is horrible, very small and awkward. I'm VERY short and I can't wrap the band around my feet more than once.

Anyway, I called customer service this morning to ask about it. They are sending me out the "better one" (as the cs rep referred to it) when it becomes available and refunding $10. Anyone else that got the cheap replacement, it might be worth a phone call if you are not happy with the replacement. I'm very happy with their customer service.
