The people in the video have freakin AWESOME bodies! And the one that had 3 kids with abs of steel and what is my excuse...lol. That's what Jillian says "I don't want to hear it!" I love her style.

I started phase 2 this week. All I can say is that get ready to sweat and hurt she is going faster and with no mercy. I'm still having trouble with the military pushups.
Weigh in was yesterday and the scale didn't move I shouldn't be sad because I ate all the wrong foods and late at night on Saturday and Sunday.

No workout yesterday on account of letting my hurt foot rest.

Tonight I started my week with workout 3. I'm having serious trouble with some of those moves like plank and bringing your foot forward and going into crow-I think that's what she called it. I felt like I was all over the map with following her. My body was shaking even after the workout so I was really trying. One thing I will say was that I did the jumping jacks with ease and she was right my body was ready for it. I still burned a good amount of calories for my effort.

Tomorrow is workout 4

You might want to check out a thread that was started when we first ordered the program. Members who've recently ordered are currently posting.

Caught the flu so couldn't train from Saturday to Monday... I've decide to still do all my workouts this week even if that means no rest for me Sunday. It's my last week of phase 1... can't wait to weight in next Monday but my hopes are low since I didn't eat well while being sick. :-(

Just like Muffin I still struggle with the military push ups, I manage to do 5-6 in a row and then have to get on my knees. Balance is also an issu, specially during the plank/cressant move.

Hang in there everyone, if the weight loss isn't as fast as you think at least you are not gaining...that's what I always tell myself! (plus I feel stronger) :-)

So I did the Phase 1 Workout 4 last night and I was sweating. I felt a little silly because as I was doing the leg lifts and the plummer walked right in and looked at me funny as if to say people don't usually work out while people are in their house. I just let my husband take care of them. I don't care I like working out and I am 2 more pounds down from last week so yeah!!

Did my cardio 1 2day. 3 more days left and I'm done w/ phase 1. Rite now I'm chkin out wrkout 5 6 and cardio 2. Just to see watz up for phase 2 nxt wk. I heard wrkout 5 is harder then wrkout 6 and that cardio 2 has 30 sec intervals instead of a min for each one so it should go by faster.

Great! 30 sec. intervals go by way faster...cardio 1 already went by fast so cardio 2 should be very fun!

jmfan317 -- I did find work out 5 way harder than 6. I'm not sure about the cardio. Since I didn't workout on Monday, I decided to do workout 5 yesterday and 6 today both followed by 3.2 miles run. My arms and abs are very sore

scifygirl- yay for you 2lbs loss

Mahora -- I do hate those planks/creassant moves. Every day I'm trying to work on those military push ups. I can do a few not going all the way down, but if I try to go very low, I can't do any

Default Newbie - on day 4

Hello everyone... Newbie in the house! I'm on day 4 with LOTS of weight to lose, and I am following the kickstart diet to the T... Am finally able to move again... day 1 & 2 just killed me. Have done the WO1 for today, the only thing left is the cardio (which i am dreading)

Quick question: Does anyone else find the "running man" problematic? I can do everything else INCLUDING the suicides which I don't mind (I do 24 per circuit), but running man... well I can't. Today I am going to not think about them, and turn my back from the screen when I'm doing them...and keep my eyes on the clock, I mean one minute is nothing right? Any suggestions anyone?
