I did workout 1 again today. I'm finally not as sore and feeling awesome!
Here is my breakfast and dinner from last night. These are my two favorite meals on the kickstart menu! I made a few changes to the dinner. The turkey burger is on a bed of spinach on tomato slices and a portabello mushroom cap. I also dipped it in some mustard.
I've never had brussel sprouts before, and these are delicious!
