JerseyPAgirl: I guess you will have to play with your diet and see what works best for you. Mine is difficult because I have a teenage soon that plays football and he needs to gain. So he just wants to consume pastas, breads and of course I have to force the veggies on him. Lol

Mahora: How was it different? How bad was it? I will start that one next week. I was on the same sched as you but I did an extra week of 3 & 4 trying to build more upper body strength for those push ups. Lol

It was alot of planks and push ups and i felt like dying! It's definitely the hardest ever!

Hello All,

I recently got my box in the mail, the Easter Bunny was super good to me it seems :P

I was just wondering if anyone here actually falls the diet plan, day by day, or is it okay to mix and match (and repeat recipes). Or how everyone fits in the diet component into the equation?

I just finished it this mornin. OMG I totally agree it suxed and the cardio man the 1 legged hopin I cudn't do it cuz my leg isn't that strong on its own so I had to do it with both. My arms are on fire they fell like jello. Can't wait 2 c wat wrkout 8 brings

i did workout 3 and 4 this week and it was hard i can't move on with these workout in 2 weeks but i'm giving myself 3 weeks a cycle to really accomplish them because its hard but i love the challenge

Just finished wrkout 8. Man that was brutal and my arms hurt from ystrdays wrkout 7. Cardio 2 for 2mrw

During the few first minutes of workout 8 I was under the impression that it was easier than workout 7.... didn't take me long to realize that I was sooo wrong! I really don't know how I'm gonna be able to go thru phase 3!!!

For my part I use the MyfitnesPall free internet program. I enter the Jillian traing under circuit training. Of course it's an average but I think it's pretty close to the right thing.

That's great JMfan! I will start my 7 & 8 next week. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. I still feel very weak with the push ups but I guess that's the only way to get better is to keep chipping away at those push ups.

just got my set, so I'm way late to this party. I'm going to try to start tomorrow (why wait till Sunday, right?); reading the meal plan I'll try to follow it as closely as I can till I can go shopping and get more exact.
the quinoa crunch looks good, has anyone made it yet? she says to use olive oil but I think I'll use coconut oil..I've been looking for a way to eat quinoa more.
