Half an hour six days a week. But it feels like five minutes, it's that much fun Now day 2 was 36 minutes with the cooldown and warmup and such so it's around 30 minutes each. Strength strength cardio strength strength cardio.

Will complete the cardio tonight... Can't wait to get my butt kick! I was wondering... will you gals weight in every week, after each phase or at the end only? I wanted to wait at the end but don't think I can wait!

Wow, just did cardio 1! Mimi had me laughing and mimicking her moves during the last circuit run. I almost wasn't gonna do it and do a cardio in its place but I got it done! I don't think my downstairs neighbors appreciated the suicides though.

Weigh in? I wasn't going to, but I think I will on sunday. I've not been following her food plan, nor logging my food. I have changed a lot of my eating habits though so we will see where I am. I don't expect a change yet though.

See ya tomorrow!

I see everyone is doing great! I'm almost done with week 2 and just loving it. So far I been able to do all the moves, but the planks I need to work more on this to get stronger.

I'm planning on do my weigh in on Sundays.
How are you doing with your diets? and drinking water?

Workout 1 is done! I think I can increase the weight the next go around. I finally figured out my heart rate monitor and it says I burned 477 calories.

Muffin, my diet is ok. I'm eating mainly whole foods. I do have my snacks that are made with wholesome stuff. My fav brand is Back to Nature. I found them via the Dr Oz show. I need to work on eating more vegetables. Water is also a challenge, but I'm getting better with it.

My wife and I started this on Monday and are doing the 7 Day Metabolic blast to start with. Following the diet and doing the twice daily workout. Is anybody else doing this?

ericc, we are at different points in the program on this thread.

Group Question,
Did anyone else read this for phase 1 "The goal of Phase 1 is to remove your initial 20-30 pounds and prepare you for the intensity of Phase 2." Sooo, for those of us with weight to lose...thoughts?

PhillyGirl, I did read that However, I don't think this apply to someone that has been eating healthy and exercising regularly. Usually when you first start a exercise plan and a diet you lose a lot of weight, but pretty much it's just water retention.

In my case I been clean eating and exercising for almost a year now, so my body is adjust to this routine. The first week I did follow her kickstart menu but only did the AM exercises, however I rode the bike pretty much everyday for added cardio and instead of losing I gain 4lbs ???

This week I went back to my normal clean eating diet with calories ranging between 1200-1300 daily and so far I have lost 8lbs. I been doing her rotation and adding 1 hour of biking daily.

I have a question regarding the calories intake. I use MyFitnessPal to keep track of my calories and try to stay on a 1200 calories daily. When you say you are eating 1200 calories daily does that included your exercise? On MyFitnessPal when I train it adds on calories I can eat. For example, I start my day with 1200 if I burn 300 calories, my journal says I can eat 1500. My questions is do you eat only 1200 calories no matter how much you exercise? Thanks for the help!
