PhillyGirl, I did read that

However, I don't think this apply to someone that has been eating healthy and exercising regularly. Usually when you first start a exercise plan and a diet you lose a lot of weight, but pretty much it's just water retention.
In my case I been clean eating and exercising for almost a year now, so my body is adjust to this routine. The first week I did follow her kickstart menu but only did the AM exercises, however I rode the bike pretty much everyday for added cardio and instead of losing I gain 4lbs

???
This week I went back to my normal clean eating diet with calories ranging between 1200-1300 daily and so far I have lost 8lbs. I been doing her rotation and adding 1 hour of biking daily.
