Just finished cardio 2. Can't believe starting tomorrow it will be my last wk of phase 2 then I'm movin onto phase 3. I've never been so consistent with a wrkout program and I sure have never wrked out 6xs a wk.
Ur tellin me. I'm ready cuz once I'm done with phase 3 I'm guna start her kickbox fastfix wrkout for 3 wks. Then I'm guna go back to Body Rev but I want to do her kickstart wrkout so I do 2 wrkouts a day but not follow the meal plan. My eating wasn't gud throughout this program my wrkouts weren't a prob. I want to really do this program on 1200 cals a day and do my wrkouts and see if my results will be real gud the 2x round.
i'm on workout 3&4 and it was hard to start with now i'm able to finish everything but the cresent i think its called but i will do 3&4 a extra week just to be strong enough for 5&6 my meals are ok but i find it hard to eat dinner i'm very busy in the evening time and now my treadmill stop working so it's off to the track for me i not going to stop

And two weeks is the perfect length of time to be doing the same workouts I think. I love that she ups the anti so often.
Out of curiosity, what kind of numbers did people see the first week?
So the scale may not be goin down and I'm guna be done with phase 2 on Sunday. Plus my eatin last wk was a nitemare but now that I'm back on track and official weigh in isn't til Monday mornin. I tried on 2 pairs of jeans I had I cudn't fit into and now I can so I must be losin inches
Starting phase 3 monday... weight in on Sunday...the scale doesn't seem to move very much (too a quick look)! well at least i'm not gaining...but still a bit desappointed.
Thought I'd chime in here. I was intending to start with the group in March, but life got crazy. I finally started in the middle of last week, but this is my official week one. I seem to have a good morning routine that will help me stick to the program!
It turns out that I'm not following her meal plan completely, but I am trying to stick close to it. I have been modifying some of the recipes to my tastes and am looking forward to trying more!
I was proud of myself when I did cardio two days ago and was about to do all three running mans for the entire time! My arms weren't swinging as big, but I was able to keep my legs moving.
Talina I was wondering wat happened to u. Cuz I remember in the other forum we were all guna start 2gether and u disappeared. Glad 2 know ur back. I finished my last day of wrkout 7. 2mrw is my last day of wrkout 8. Then my last day of cardio 2 will be Sun then I'm movin onto phase 3 Monday.
