7.8 this morning. Passed the 800 mile mark. Happy that my running is getting consistent right now. Not doing the volume I was doing earlier, but I am doing it consistently
Angie went off to do a Mother's Day 5/10K with my daughter this morning...Angie is having some trouble with her knee and my daughter ran a ton yesterday, for her marathon training, so they will probably did the 5K...but I got out for 3 on a gorgeous morning here with the mutts.
6 gloriously awesome miles desperately needed miles
153.5/1000
I need a little advice. I have a new pair of shoes that have a nasty seem rub. They are great for other problems though. Can i cover this seam somehow ? Other than the spot they rub bloody they feel great LOL. They solve other problems.
eeesh Geranium. I would probably see if the running store can find a different brand that would fix the other problems. Once your skin heals you could try moleskin on you, but I dont know of anything you could permanently put in the shoe. And then you would be stuck with moleskin all the time which isnt the nicest on your skin. You could try some blistershield or slip socks(double layer anti blister socks) but usually if shoes dont fit right, they dont help much.
MTA oh 10.7 today. Nice way to start Mother's day. Now I have a paper crown on.
