So my plan kind of fell apart last tuesday when I fell down some concrete steps. I'm still pretty banged up. Running again although somewhat painfully. Didnt get my 200 for February. Ended at 153.6 Goal for march is 200, stretch goal is make up the deficit and be at 600 for the year by the end of the month.
Angie and I got out early this morning in the neighborhood with the mutts. Skipped the longer walk to Starbucks or at the beach since rain is on the way.
not a stellar week, for some reason the fall bugged me more this week than last. Even went and got my butt Xrayed to make sure I didnt break anything. But apparently the severe pain I experienced on friday's truncated run was something shifting to a better place because 24 hours later my pain was almost gone.
