I did 45 min WATP - 1 mile regular walk, 1 mile jog, and 1 mile boost (walk plus strength training).

Hi everyone, I'm back from vacation and back on track with exercise.
Yesterday: 35 mins treadmill, 15 mins elliptical.
Today: I will do 60 minutes elliptical.

75 min yoga class (substitute instructor who wasn't as good as our normal one, I barely feel right counting this as exercise since it wasn't nearly as much as I usually do.. oh well) and 35 elliptical
