Today just 45 mins of legs and shoulders... I'm taking off from the gym for the weekend only running and swimming in the plans...

He's perfect for me, he isn't -too- hard. He listens if I say something seems too hard - but he has this innate sense of where my breaking point is, and other than that initial faceplant (to which he replied "now THAT is what we call "working to failure"), he's been right on to make my planks incredibly challenging, but not impossible.
