Today: 30 mins elliptical, 15 mins treadmill. (I'm becoming very bored with an hour of elliptical...)

Tomorrow I have an appointment with a trainer to plan a weights regime. I'm oddly excited!

60 min elliptical.

And I'm going to give myself major kudos for hitting my March exercise target 2 days early (it was at 1400 min) despite the wedding planning madness.

Mandalinn: on hitting your goal 2 days early that's AWESOME!!

Yesterday I hit my personal best for running 3 miles outside. I ran 3 miles in 28:26 . Then when I got home, my hubby wanted to go the gym, I was so excited that I ran another 1.5 miles in 15:53 and then sat in the sauna!! Oh it feels so good!! haha
