Cathe Friedrich-Stretch Max-segmeng using band
Ravi Singh/Ana Brett-Yoga Bliss Hips-Quick Bliss segment
Tuesday:
Core Secrets Full body challenge; may do some yoga/stretching later.
Anyone here like kundalini yoga?
I was on 3fc in 2003-2004... I'm coming back to try again.
Take care,
Sherry

Welcome back, Suzie! I remember you.. I also was here in 2004 and started coming back a lot more around December.
What's kundalini yoga? I love yoga, but I only take the pedestrian, standard classes at my gym. I've always wanted to join a yoga studio but for now I can't.

Hi Dana,
Here's a link with a short explanation of kunadlini yoga:
http://www.raviana.com/about.html
In kundalini yoga you are continually moving instead of holding poses.
Glad to see you, too! Thanks for the welcome back.
Take care,
Sherry

Two classes at the gym tonight! Step aerobics and bodysculpting -- a total of an hour and 45 minutes.
I thought the step class would be hard, because the instructor said it was intermediate (and there were complicated combos in her routine), but apparently running has SERIOUSLY built up my cardio endurance. I found myself having to jump around and use my arms a LOT to feel like I was getting a workout even though people around me, who always take the class, were sweating and panting like mad. Woohoo!
