Hi! Thank you very much! I started doing the Kathy Smith but couldn't keep up, so I put in an hour long Exercise CD I made for myself and continued working out on the step, and some low impact and dancing for 70 minutes! PHEW!!!!! That was fun!!!! I am all sweaty, but I do have the shakes.... I drank lots of water too and stretched! That was cool, I may just do that everyday!!!
Gonna sing now.....I Feel good nananana na!!! I knew that I would now!!! LOL!!! Ok, I'm a dork!

First you have to move away from the computer and get off the chair... Try that and see if it works ... Kidding of course, but it's the first idea that popped in my head when I read your post...

Today:
7k run
back and biceps
30 mins swimming

I did about 10 min of resistance bands and crunches/squats. Not much, but I did finish and get the second chapter of my thesis turned in!

Welcome Diva! Feels great, doesn't it?

Shelly, I try to incorporate exercise into just a daily thing I have to do, like showering or brushing my teeth. It seems to work for me better that way. After a few weeks, I'd feel guilty for missing a session. If you have to ease yourself into it, do that! Every little bit helps.

Tuesday: 75 min yoga class, 30 min elliptical

Red face

Well, the FIL called to say he is coming a couple of day's early for a visit, so I am having to do some spring cleaning today, even though he will STILL find something to insult, as always...Such fun! I don't think I'll have time to Steppercise, but I sure am working up a sweat and a heartrate cleaning! Phew! I'm poopped already! It's WAY more fun exercising than it is cleaning, LOL! Got the TOM too. Double whammy!
Have a great day all!

60 min whole body strength - tweaked my previous workout to this, which is a little more ab focused - 4 times through except the ballet series, took about an hour.

1. Squats with Hammer Curls (12x)
2. Lunges w. Shoulder Raises/Wings – (10x side)
3. Deadlifts with Standing Row (12x)
4. One Leg Balance with Tricep Kickback (10x per side)
5. Ballet Kick Series (Yoga Booty Ballet) (entire series, 2 sets only)
6. Crunches with ball (20x)
7. Bicycle Crunches (15x)
8. Plank (30sec)
9. Inner Thigh/Ab Ball Squeezes – (15x)
10. Weighted Side Bends (10x side)
