You know these accountability threads really work. They apply a lot of pressure through the week to do better.

When I quit smoking back in Dec 2002, I joined an online forum, and we all had a small desktop application called "SilkQuit" and you input your quit date and it would churn out statistics like "1 mo 2 days 10 hours 13 minutes 40 seconds since quit. 1,300 cigarettes not smoked; 10 days of life saved" etc - i'm just trying to reformulate the statement from the way I remember it.
Anyway I remember all the times I wanted to cheat and I didn't want to reset my statistics back to zero; and disappoint myself and expose my failure to my friends on the quitsmoking forum. Anyway after about 3 months I drifted away from the forum because the worst was over and I realized, if I can quit for 3 months I can quit forever.

This forum has a very similar effect on me to perform better during the week.

BoatingMommy, Woodstock and Darius we all have the same struggle, weekends are going to happen, I'm really trying to maintain my exercise through the weekend because I know I'm going to be somewhat off my eating plan, and trying not to let it be a free-for-all

I agree these threads do make a difference, I think more about what I'm going to post, the exercise thread keeps me going on my exercise plan and this one keeps my monthly goal in the front of my mind more so than just writing it on the calendar.

Great job everyone, keep it going

starting weight 2/1/14 212.4
Feb 1st Stayed under calories but did eat my exercise calories.
Feb 2nd Stayed under calories. Did not eat exercise calories. No food after 7pm.
Feb 3rd Slightly over calories 1786. Did not eat after 7pm. Did have black decaf tea. But I did that and still lost today.
Feb 4th: 211.0lbs. No food after 7pm, had white tea
FEb 5: 209.2 no food after 7 pm. Had black tea.
Feb 6: 208.2 no food after 7. Water only.
Feb7: 208.0 ate food until 8pm but will be sleeping later so should get my 11 hr fast. Ate my exercise calories. We will see in the am what doing it did.
Feb 8 207.2 ate until 8:30 but will sleep later again.
Feb 9 207.2, No foods after 6pm and possibly shy on water.
Feb 10: 207.6 exercise class night. Ate late. Won't have breakfast until 9am. Water up to date.
Feb 11: 206.8 no food after 7 pm.
Feb 12: 209.4 ugh please let it be TOM!
Feb 13: ??? 206.4 weird maybe sodium
Feb14: 208.4 ate after 7pm but will be sleeping later in am.
Feb 15: 207.8. Will update last food later.
