As for the loose skin, strength training/time/loofahing is supposed to help but of course, every body is different.

Back under 160 (159.8) today, yay! I am so glad the eating out and buffets over the weekend in Branson didn't kill me! Back to work! I have been doing physical therapy for the knee for the last 2 weeks and it has been helping but it still hurts somewhat if I overdo it like walk all day. I have one more PT session tomorrow, either I go get a MRI to check things out or get a couple more PT sessions... We'll see.
Okay, here is the picture of the tattoo taken the next day after getting it. Tomorrow evening will be one week.
I will be uploading the two Top 25 lbs lost and weight % lost lists on Monday to give everyone more time to put their weight in. Can't wait!!!
