134.1 this morning ... was a little disappointed, but then my TOM came and now, I get it. Hopefully I'll be in the 132/133 range in 3-4 days...

I've decided to change my end goal weight... I don't think I'll make the 30lbs by October and I'd rather focus on something I can do. So I've changed my goal to 15 lbs. only 10 of which I still need to go... if I do go past that 10 it will just be a bonus!!!

Oh gosh, I am so late for this LOL but Halloween, man, that is my time of year, so I am totally going in on this. Only 10 weeks left, though, so I'm going to aim as high as I can at this point for ~~20 lbs~~

Omg just the thought of how much smaller I will be this Halloween, compared to any other Halloweens since middle school, is making me so excited lkfsjgdf

Broke 175! Weighed 174.6 this morning! And I haven't seen my brother in a couple of weeks until this weekend and it was relayed to me that he's in shock over how "skinny" I look and that its weird bwcause I've always been heavy. That's a compliment in my brain!

Kellina: Seriously! I cannot even count how many Halloweens where I've purposely thought I needed to lose weight for a costume, and gave myself so much grief when I didn't. Now that I've finally been losing weight regardless, the notion of a lighter Halloween completely caught me by surprise, but in such a good way omg

gjgj!@ hitting under 175! And congrats on giving your brother a mini shock lol. If you don't see him for another couple of weeks, just imagine how shocked he'll be then

Also wow, looking at your ticker now, and we're really close in where we started and where we currently are

Doxy: Same here for me, too, but we both totally have enough time to get in 20 lbs by Halloween

Welcome, newcomers!

Man, some of you are just plugging away!!! So happy and proud of you all! Envious, even! Perhaps my motivation may be re-ignited! Keep up the great work, y'all!!!

I didn't realize this thread got moved to Chicks up for a Challenge until Sofie mentioned it, lol. Hope you're doing okay today- I saw your thread! I'd be way more whiny than you- I don't handle that kind of pain very well! You're handling it like a champ.

I've been slacking seriously on keeping up with 3FC. I need to change that. Still doing okay with food, mostly. TOM is here and bloated like crazy so I am avoiding the scale until then! Hopefully once I find out what's going with my knee (dr appt tomorrow with xray results if any), I'll be able to get my mind right and get the weight loss ball rolling again approx. a few days after TOM and water weight dissipates. I do have to say I am proud of myself for holding steady during the summer because that's when I'd go off track and just come back to the fall with a 5-10lb gain then try to lose again for Halloween, lol.

amandie thanks! i'm actually super whiny to all of my friends, it's pretty awkward. the worst part is not being to work out. seriously, what do i do with myself?? how is your knee? i hope the xrays are good! please take it easy! knees are also big things to worry about !

no exercise.

eating less without exercise sucks. i do feel good, and i keep reminding myself how good i feel (in the sense of lack of binging) but i have also been very cautious and i am almost expecting it any moment. my doctor actually prescribed a bunch of pills (along with the stuff for my back), including this new antidepressant which - i have always been against antidepressants but i decided to give it a shock, it seems to be regulating things well, as well as an anti-anxiety med which I am not taking daily, but is a little "if things start hitting fans". i almost feel the need to carry it around right now, as this is usually where i lose steam and go bananas.

aside from that, i am going on a little road trip to detroit to see the lions/pats game, and then have a girlfriend in from out of town for a couple of days so.... dilligence. hahahahaha.

Praise da lawd, the whoosh fairy finally paid me a vist today after a month and a half of stalling! I guess the gym membership is doing the trick. I hit 143 flat today, which is 2.5 pounds down from last week. I *really* hope it sticks and isn't just a fluke!!
