Stalled here, but still plugging along... I've had a couple of days off plan, but mostly have been on plan and stalled almost since the challenge started. Reading about others' whooshes helps keep me optimistic.

Scale was down today! I'm down 6 pounds from the start of this challenge. My rate of loss is not going to win any awards, but I'm really happy with my consistency this journey.

Baby is not gaining as much weight as doc and I would like, so I'm considering upping my calories. Haven't made a final decision yet, but I do know I will keep tracking my food regardless.

So I lost my small gain from last week plus some. Its great to see the long term progress over the last 7 weeks.

Hello everyone!

Welcome newbies For those of you posting your weights on here, I thought I would mention that the best part of this challenge is the spreadsheet. There is a link on page 1 to it where you can update your weight each week. Not that there is a problem with entering it here everyday, but the spreadsheet is pretty darn cool!

vdh2102 --YAY!! Exercise is apparently the key

Congrats to everyone else on their losses.

I didn't lose much this week--down to 177 (ha ha, just wrote 277 and had to fix it). But I must have lost mad inches because I am OFFICIALLY A SIZE 10! Woohoooooooo! I tried on 5 pair of size 10 pants today from different brands and they all fit. And I am a size M on top. That is just crazy for me...I still feel so big. I haven't been a size 10 since middle school I don't think. I may be a tad excited now, ha ha. Just got rid of my goal pants I was so excited to fit into a little bit ago (size 14s). Crazy how fast weight can come off!!!

Moving right along and feeling great... Officially 237 this morning another 2.5lbs gone!!! I so cannot wait to get into the 220's that is like a huge milestone for me. I can't even tell you for sure when the last time I had seen that number. I am very happy with my progress at this point. I really want to lose 2-3 lbs per week but as long as the scale keeps moving down that's all that counts.
Along with this challenge keeping me accountable, I have decided to join in on a diet bet, I have to say I am a little nervous about it but if I get a craving for anything I shouldn't be putting near my mouth I am just going to start thinking sexy Halloween Costume and lose weight and not my money LOL

jessicado22 - congrats on the size 10s that is awesome!

vdh2102- Love a good whoosh... The whoosh fairy, I like that one, I may need to use it in the future!

DUDE! Lost another pound!!! Been staying on my calorie deficit (sugar is still a bit high, though), and trying to do more exercising.

Hey everyone!!
Thanks for the awesome spreadsheet!!! I just added my info, that means I am officially official!!

Can't wait for some killer progress over the next 10 weeks!! I am excited to be back in the game. 3FC helped me so much with staying accountable last year!!

I weigh in on Tuesdays. Just restarted this week at 231 and hoping for an even 20 pounds over the next 10 weeks to be 211 by Halloween!

1.8 lbs down... however, my weight seems to work in a 3-5 span fluctuation zone, so I did clock my lowest weight of the week... Just working on inching that fluctuation zone lower and lower

Okay I started my pregnancy at 184 and I am currently at 182.8. I don't have to start gaining weight until after the middle of September so I am super excited that I have been able to maintain! Then the tricky part will be gaining slowly and not giving in to ice cream and pickles

I just wanted to jump in mid weigh in and say as of this morning I have officially lost 50lbs!!! 50.5 to be exact! I give this challenge a lot of credit as it has really kept me accountable for my weight loss. I always think about what I eat and how it will affect weigh in for Thursday... LOL

Anyway, I just wanted to take a sec to share my progress, and thank you all for your support and inspiration!

Congrats on your 50lbs down milestone, Suzuki! That is awesome!

I'm still here. Still hanging around the 160s (161.4 to be exact.) Not working out really has hurt me and I haven't exactly been great with the food lately, today was the first good day in a while. I decided that I needed to get my crap together because I reallyreallyreally want to see the 150s! No more dillydallying. Although, the food part may be a bit hard since I am going to Branson this weekend. I'll be good all week and just try my best when I'm there!!!

Awesome job, Jessica on the sz 10!!!

Keep up the great work, people and congratulations on your NSVs! We have a little over 2 months left (after this Thursday, 9 weeks left, yikes!)
