Hope everyone is doing good.

169 officially for me. I. Am. In. The. 160s. ME?!?!?!? I weighed 250 in April! I never even imagined getting this small less than 6 months ago. 199 was my only goal in site. and now I am in the 160s. So freaking crazy!!!!!

GREAT JOB!! its a wonderful feeling when u look and feel great and know its cause of all the hard work you put into it!! you look great! stand in front of that mirror and extra few minutes in the morning and enjoy it!


WELL LADIES my weeekend is finally almost here!!! ive been losing weight for the last year and 3 weeks all for this weekend!! well its not all for this weekend but it was good to have a date to try to be ready for lol. since i started end of last august i have offically lost 105 lbs and 76.5 inches total!! so my official weight when i get married will be around the 163 range!! pretty freaking happy! ill be weighing in today as im gonna be swamped till after tuesday.. hope all u ladies have a fab week/end !!

Woo jessicado and Kymish! Congratulations to both of you!! Jessicado, wasn't it like last week that you were hoping to make it to 210?! You've done it all so fast-- great job!

I've still been off track this week, but I've had a lot going on. Being sick really threw me for a loop and made it hard for me to exercise for a while-- I find it really hard to breathe when I still have drainage in my head. Then there was some major family drama last week, plus my super intense LSAT class started on Saturday, and I've been having the WORST PMS, so I'm sort of giving myself a pass for the past month of screw ups. Today I'm feeling much better and am hoping to finally turn a new leaf now that things are starting to become a little more stable. I've gained 4 ish pounds but I'm really hoping I can at least get back to 141 by the end of the challenge. 6 pounds short of my goal, but it is what it is. I'm hoping somebody around here will set up a new challenge after this one ends so that I can start over!

I hope your wedding day is amazing, you definitely deserve it!

vdh2102 Glad you're feeling better. The most important thing is you don't give up! Good luck for the rest of the challenge.

Weighed myself last night with a new low of 144.4 lbs!! Now it's TOM so I won't be weighing myself until next Friday. But i'm glad a left the scales with a loss.

Sorry, y'all for being MIA. So busy. I'm up to 160 right now (BOOOOO), been drinking way too often!!! Need to cut that back for sure... after tonight, LOL. We're going out to dinner and dancing for my sister's birthday. On a happier note, I can exercise again! Well, 5-10 minutes on the elliptical in addition to the PT I am getting. So happy!! It's a start after so many months of not working out.

Vdh mentioned another challenge after this... Honestly, I don't think I will be setting up another challenge since I'm not really focused on losing weight currently (plan to stop at 150) and I figure I'll be pretty busy with school. However, I'd be very glad to set up a spreadsheet for all of you to use in the new challenge, whoever sets it up.

All right, ladies, I went ahead and set up another challenge for those who want to join something new after this one ends. okay im all partied out now! was the most amazing day ever! and im up 10 lbs lol. sigh. back on track starting tomorrow. maybe ill get down to 160 by halloween. *fingers crossed* if not i will def be 150 for my honey moon in may! woot woot

Aw, so happy for you, Kymish!!! I bet you'll lose at least half of the 10lbs that you "gained" but I could be wrong! You totally can do 150lbs in May!

Oh my goodness...how is it possible that I have been MIA on here for about two weeks there are hardly any posts?! This thread has def died down...hope everyone is sticking with it!

I ended up fracturing my foot twice last week, so I am pretty bummed here. Especially since I had just literally signed up for my first official 5k. I know I run a 5K everyday on my own, but I was really looking forward to doing it officially. In an aircast now and no running for me for the next 1 1/2 months . So, I am not expecting to lose any weight. Hoping I don't gain either though, lol.

Congrats Kymish on your big day! So exciting!

Hang in there, Jessicado. I'm really sorry to hear about your foot! If it makes you feel any better, I managed to lose almost 40 pounds (181-145 ish) just focusing on what I was eating and not exercising at all, so it IS possible, just might be slower. If you're really concerned, I know when my dad, an exercise-a-holic, messed up his leg and couldn't run at the gym, he started using the rowing machine, which gives good cardio just using the arms instead of legs. You'll be okay!!

Been crazy busy lately!!! So sorry to hear about your foot, Jessica. We got this, Tori!!!

I'm back to 160. Doing 5 minutes on the elliptical, was thinking about adding in weights for the arms but I hate the water gain for the first few weeks when starting out a new regime. Let's keep up the good work, guys!
