Found these exercises via Pinterest so did Sundays workout with the following increased modifications: 50 jumping jacks; 1 minute plank; 20 standing calf raises; 6 toe (full body) pushups; 1 minute Superman; 20 lunges (10 front, 10 back) each leg; added 20 frog squats. http://backonpointe.tumblr.com/post/...hese-exercises Dogs walk too. I like these workouts because they are short but intense, are a nice change of pace especially when you're short on time, and you can do these in addition to a run or less intense workout. |
