Yesterday: 20 minutes on the bike, 55 minutes weight training.

A nice variety today - 2 20-minute sessions on the bike, 20 minutes rowing, 30 minutes pilates.

1340 mins for the month, 660 to go!

Found these exercises via Pinterest so did Sundays workout with the following increased modifications: 50 jumping jacks; 1 minute plank; 20 standing calf raises; 6 toe (full body) pushups; 1 minute Superman; 20 lunges (10 front, 10 back) each leg; added 20 frog squats.

I like these workouts because they are short but intense, are a nice change of pace especially when you're short on time, and you can do these in addition to a run or less intense workout.
