June 2 - 2.6 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3.6 miles total; 50 minutes)
June 3 - 2.6 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3.6 miles total; 50 minutes)
June 4 - 2 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3 miles total; 40 minutes)
June 5 - 1 mile walk + 2.5 mile run @ 5mph + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (4.3 miles total; 70 minutes)
June 6 -
June 7 - 2.5 mile run @ 4.8mph + warm up/midpoint/cool down walk and stretching (3.5 miles total; 55 minutes)
June 8 - 5 mile hike
June 9 -
June 10 - 2.5 mile run @ 5mph + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (3.2 miles total; 50 minutes)
June 11 -
June 12 - 3 mile run @ 5mph + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (3.8 miles total; 55 minutes)

I hope I can jump in here - I recently signed up & would like to join the June challenge.

I need to get back to walking several times a week & hold myself accountable!

My goal for the rest of June is to walk at least 3 times per week.

:exercise:I had a good time doing Jane Fonda's DVD this morning. Reminded me of the 80's when I exercised daily. Felt like old times!!!

I haven't been posting so I don't hag an accurate total for the month but I am going to try to get it as accurate as I can.

6/12: 45 minutes walking: total 270
6/13: 40 minutes walking: total 310

6/13/12: day 10 of 21+, done.

TM incline workout. Levels 2-15 (majority of workout levels 10-15), 4.0mph. Gizmo said I burned 450 cals. Dog walk yesterday afternoon too.


6/14/12: day 11 of 21+, done. Happy Flag Day!

90 Day Ultimate Stability Ball workout (core work).

6/12-13: Absolutely nothing; had a two day staff retreat that wiped me out.

6/14 30 Day Shred type workout out at my gym 55 minutes
6/15 40 minute run; Body Pump 55 minutes

Goal: 1000 fitness minutes for June met! :carrot: While my running consistency has improved, I still haven't been good at getting 3 runs in a per week.

New Goal: To see how many total fitness minutes I can amass by the end of the month. Currently I'm up 120 minutes over my original goal. Running 3x p/week.
