I hope I can jump in here - I recently signed up & would like to join the June challenge.
I need to get back to walking several times a week & hold myself accountable! My goal for the rest of June is to walk at least 3 times per week. |

6/13/12: day 10 of 21+, done.
TM incline workout. Levels 2-15 (majority of workout levels 10-15), 4.0mph. Gizmo said I burned 450 cals. Dog walk yesterday afternoon too. 6/14/12: day 11 of 21+, done. Happy Flag Day! 90 Day Ultimate Stability Ball workout (core work). |
6/12-13: Absolutely nothing; had a two day staff retreat that wiped me out.
6/14 30 Day Shred type workout out at my gym 55 minutes 6/15 40 minute run; Body Pump 55 minutes Goal: 1000 fitness minutes for June met! :carrot: While my running consistency has improved, I still haven't been good at getting 3 runs in a per week. New Goal: To see how many total fitness minutes I can amass by the end of the month. Currently I'm up 120 minutes over my original goal. Running 3x p/week. |
