6/6 - pilates 30 mins, bike 20 mins, weights 50 mins 480/1800 for the month I took today off. Physical therapy this a.m. left me exhausted. And my week has just sucked. loose seal, congrats on shaving off that 10 seconds! chickadee, I'm sure you're glad to get back to your running. |

TM - incline and running (incline at level 10 and 4.1mph for 2 songs; ran @ 5.3-5.5mph for 2 songs) until playlist was done. 45 mins., 3.4 miles. Dog walk too! |
