My goal for June is 1100 minutes
6/3-Walked at park 36 minutes 6/4-Aqua-zumba class 55 minutes 6/5-Aerobics class 57 minutes 6/6-Aqua-zumba class 55 minutes 6/7-Aerobics class 61 minutes 6/8- 6/9- 6/10-Eliptical 20 minutes, Stationary bike 15 minutes, Treadmill 10 minutes dustcatcher |
I was lazy yesterday and did nothing, so I kicked it today:
20 mins bike, 55 mins weights & stretching, 80 mins walking (I couldn't waste the beautiful day!). That gets me to 720 out of 1800 for the month. |

June 2 - 2.6 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3.6 miles total; 50 minutes) June 3 - 2.6 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3.6 miles total; 50 minutes) June 4 - 2 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3 miles total; 40 minutes) June 5 - 1 mile walk + 2.5 mile run @ 5mph + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (4.3 miles total; 70 minutes) June 6 - June 7 - 2.5 mile run @ 4.8mph + warm up/midpoint/cool down walk and stretching (3.5 miles total; 55 minutes) June 8 - 5 mile hike June 9 - June 10 - 2.5 mile run @ 5mph + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (3.2 miles total; 50 minutes) Days: 7/20 Thursday's run was in Santa Fe, at 7000 feet elevation (much higher than I'm used to!), so I had to drop the speed and do a few minutes walking in the middle to make sure I was keeping my heart rate down. |

Well, my original goal was 1000 fitness minutes (any exercise could help fulfill this goal). I really thought it would be a reach as my exercise had been inconsistent and seemed more like a chore than doing something healthy and good for myself. This challenge has inspired me; now it looks like I'm going to have to set a new goal for myself which is great. :carrot: One of the great things about fitness and exercise goals is that there always bars we can set and challenges we can create for ourselves. |

Xtreme Upper Body workout, dog walk. 6/12/12 - day 9 of 21+, done. TM - run. 5K 35 mins 5.3-5.5mph. Total time 45 min 3.6 miles. |
