5/24/12, day 19 of 21+, done. Xtreme lower body workout plus some upper body, dog walk.

I got out of my routine for a few days but between walking and gardening, I hit 1800 minutes this morning - well over my 1600 minutes goal. I'd like to average an hour a day and that's pretty much where I am. I wish I were as conscientious about staying on my eating plan as I am about exercising.
It looks like everyone has had a good month. Yay for us!
TM, running. 3.5 miles total (2.8 miles running). Ugh, am .3 miles shy of running 5K. Literally another 3 minutes of running would have done it. Must break through this wall!!!
