TM incline workout

46 min, 3.5 miles big cal burn
5/3/12: Day 3 of 21+, don.
Yoga, 45 min.; dogs walk
5/4/12: Day 4 of 21+, done.
TM running, 43 min total 3.4 miles total; 30 min running (2.6 miles). Agggh, a mere .5 mile more and I'll have run a 3K. Just can't quite seem to get there yet. Working on it. Off to walk the doggies in a bit.
