The merry month of May is the perfect month for dancing, walking, and all other forms of exercising. Join us! Set a goal, track it through the month, and see real results from increased movement in May.
We'll make a list of all of our goals -- as we meet them, they get turned RED in celebration. We welcome everyone, beginners and all!



I'm going to really try and step things up this month....last month I finished at a bit over 33 hours. For May I'd like to do 40 hours. It'll roughly come down to an extra hour of exercise a week which is think is doable. We can do this!
