Haven't gone down to exercise yet but this is what I'm aiming to do 2 times through:

30 jumping jacks
5 pushups
25 high knees
7 burpees
10 crunches
7 squats
5 pushups
10 crunches
5 pushups
7 squats
30 jumping jacks
1 min. wall sit
5 pushups
25 high knees

For this month I would like to workout five times per week.

4/1 3 miles walk away the lbs
4/2 40 min jog/run
4/3 40 mins elliptical 20 mins weights legs and arms
4/6 3miles with leslie walk away the lbs

My goal is to just get out of the house and do something each day. Anything to keep me active and away from the computer for a little while.

April 3 - Strength training (upper body, lower body, core) + stretching (55 minutes total)
April 4 - 2.5 mile run @ 5.3 mph + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (3.3 miles total; 50 minutes)
April 5 - 2.6 mile walk (45 minutes)
April 6 -
April 7 - 6.2 mile run + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (6.7 miles total; 95 minutes)

Hey could I change my 240 minutes zumba to 240 minutes gym please? The zumba classes are at really inconvient times for me but I joined the new gym today.

I'm very behind.. but so far

2/4/12- 25 minutes running
8/4/12- 25 minutes running
9/4/12- 60 minutes gym


50/300 running, 60/240 minutes gym so far

I'm now on week 8 C25K though which feels good :D. It'll be so great to finally finish it.. although it'll be so so weird running without it!

UGH,so its been a BAD week 4 me as far as eating and emotions.
all i did was SLEEP and EAT.:dizzy:
had no energy becuz im going through withdrawl from effexor.but im glad i weaned down becuz i went cold turkey 7 months ago and it was :devil:!!!

anyway,i feel much better 2day.:carrot:
i did 13 mins of tae-bo and my exercise goals 4 this month are 2 do at least 25-30 mins a day.So i guess ill do some more this evening.
whether its AEROBICS,WEIGHTS,TONING or CARDIO,I HAVE DO SOMETHING!:strong:
