So I got on the TM yesterday to run and I have no clue what happened but I only got about 4 songs in and mah legs went all rubbery and mah energy level just went away. Only did 2 miles and only 1 of them was running. :mad: Still, I did 2 miles plus another 1.5 miles dogs walk. So day 13 of 21+ is done, just not done as well as I'd hoped.
Am heading back to the TM in a bit to see if I can do better today. <sigh> eta: Outstanding run!! Glad I got back on that horse. |
No time like the present to re-start (even at the end of the month!) I'm up 10 lbs in 6 mo and don't need to make it 11 by waiting lol :)
My goal is to hit the gym 3x a week and record it here! 4/20-- 30 min run/walk ~200 cals burned per HRM 4/21--30 min bike ride still so sore to lift from earlier yoga class 4/22--(sick/sore throat) 15 min on floor ab exercises 4/23-- sick/off :( 4/24--20 min free weights/lifting 4/25-- 40 min run/walk 4/29-- 20 min lifting/ 30 min run/walk |
