I hadn't done 30 Day Shred in a long time and was pleased that Level 1 is relatively easy for me, now. I may try Level 2 next time I'm crunched for time and need a 20-minute workout.

April 3 - Swimming 60 mins, run 2 fast miles, bike to work (1000 calories) April 4 - Gym Madness (elliptical+bike+treadmill) (700 calories) I really had to drag myself to the gym. It's not even in my exercise-plan for the month but I tend to do more than I plan. Hihi. Which is good. |

I just decided today. :) I found a training program online and am going to start in the middle as I can already run 5 miles; hopefully in 3.5 weeks I'll be ready! |
