My goal this month will be 1,000 minutes of exercise due to 2 weeks vacation in the middle of the month.
Jan. 2 - 60 minutes water aerobics, 60 minutes Zumba (120 minutes)(120 minutes)
Jan. 3 - 20 minutes stepmill, 15 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes personal training (95 minutes)(215 minutes)
Jan. 4 - 60 minutes step aerobics (60 minutes)(275 minutes)
Jan. 6 - 45 minutes treadmill, 60 minutes personal training (105 minutes)(380 minutes)
Jan. 8 - 22 - 420 minutes walking (800 minutes)
