Day 9 of 20 done. Hopped on the treadmill today. Some walking, some walking on an incline (varied it between 3 and 7), some running (not very fast, 4.5/4.6mph) - 33 min. total. I really need to get on this thing more and get back to running on it. I find running easier than walking fast but never seem to have to motivation to get on it. Weird. The fact that I deleted my run playlist off of my ipod probably has something to do with that. Sometimes the body just needs a really good cardio workout.
Not sure on the doggies walk today . . . kinda miserable out. We'll see, maybe later.
eta: no dogs walk today.
