I'm STILL losing vacation weight. That 2.8 loss puts me at 205.8. I hate re-losing weight, but there it is.
Aaaaanyway....
Anon - YES! Join our challenge! Even if you're not in the 800's, if we push each other just to do a half hour more, or even fifteen minutes more, isn't that an improvement? I would have lost to Jeanettey this week if I hadn't squeezed out an extra 15 minutes on the StairMaster - something I usually don't do. It was only an extra 15 minutes. But she had inspired me to push myself juuuuuust a little harder. Start clocking those minutes and join in!!!
RMC - I'm glad you're joining us too! I'm positive you'll be breathing down my neck this week...
Reso - 100 miles?! That's incredible! Be proud of that, even if you're not happy with the scale. Have fun with your family at the lake today!!!
Kuri - Isn't it amazing the boost in confidence just being healthier will give you? If you feel better about yourself, you'll show it in your demeanor. I will admit to flexing way too much lately as well....
Real quick, here is a link to the spreadsheet. I've made a few changes over the past few weeks. At the top of our "Platoon Total" Page, I added a row that shows everyone's individual totals, also. Of course, you can now keep track of your minutes exercised. Lastly, for MadamB, I added a tiny square at the top left of the main page that keeps track of how many sticks of BUTT-er we have collectively melted since we started tracking on the spreadsheet. I hope you like!
RMC and Pokey -- Okay, you guys have convinced me...I am going to join up on the hardcore minutes challenge! I'll have to add in at least ten minutes a day if I want to contend with RMC, so I'm already motivated to workout just a little bit more! Thanks, y'all!
Sarge -- Will you please include me in the hardcore, sweaty exercise minutes challenge henceforth? I'm going to give it my best!
LoveHopeFaith -- Welcome to the group! I will add you to the spreadsheet later on. I will post to let you know how to update your page and everything.

I'm pretty pleased that my weight is no longer considered obese by BMI standards! Even though the removal of part of my anatomy artificially inflated my numbers this week. Hey, I'll take whatever I can get!
Munchey here, reporting actuals for 7-10-11 thru 7-16-11 :
Weight loss = 2 lbs - Current wt. 225 (Steady and consistent - I'll take it)
Walking = met 15 mile goal
Body Parts = Met this goal. My focus for the week was discovering back exercises.
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE LOSERS THIS WEEK! THIS NEW WEEK BRINGS OPPORTUNITIES.
NOTE: I've settled into a pace. Need to discover some aerobic alternatives that I can do that are knee friendly. I just bought a WII Fitness. Perhaps I'll find a good supplement I can do at home instead of walking.

Reason: Correction
For having to slow down for 2 days I feel very good about my exercise numbers. I am enjoying the process of being more active. My struggle is still calories consumed. I am learning that even with 1+ hour of exercise a day you can't eat anything you want. Yet, I don't want to be in a battle with food. It is my goal this week to get back on track.
Anon- I think you should stick with the 1500-1800 cals for another week, a 1.5 pound loss is big. I am sure you have lost inches.
Hard Core Gals- Keep up the good work! If you are exercising 500+ min. a week please join our group, I would love the company.
munchey- You can get a good workout with the Wii Fit. I like the basic games that it comes with, the Jillian Michaels disk was terrible.
