celrae--something that might help with plantarfas... when I played a LOT of tennis I suffered same problem. I'd athletic tape my arch really tight like it was a sprained ankle. Also used shoe/arch inserts. Custom orthotics used to be the best but I see you can buy kind of ready made these days.

Kuri--the photo you posted is like cake porn! I want some!

dcap--nice swim-by!

Hike done, shred done, was going to not do my run (hike went long and the shred kind of kicked my butt), BUT then I saw the fitocracy leader board. Uh-uh, no way! Gonna go run before the movie.

celrae, tape helped me when mine was the worst, but myofascial stuff and wearing supportive shoes all the time (not just when running) helped it to go away. Resting, unfortunately, only does so much. Mine got so bad that I could not walk, which made work really tough for me. New shoes and massaging the crap out of my arches really helped.

Sorry you're going through that, though. PF sucks

My husband did not make it through the evening with out turning on the tv.
Sometimes I get curious and weigh at night, I know it is usually a few pounds higher than my morning weight, I was shocked to see the the same weight tonight as this morning. Looking foward to seeing what the scale has to say in the morning.

You guys, I am MISERABLY sore. The boxing workout this morning kicked my butt so badly that it hurts even to breathe deeply!!!! My husband is making fun of me because I keep poking my sore triceps, abs, biceps, pecs, etc...I'm pretty much sore EVERYWHERE.

Jeanettey - I hope you're ready for the final countdown...cue music... I'm not going to concede defeat very easily!!! After boxing this morning, I did Shred and an hour on the bike...bringing me to 765 minutes. And I still have tomorrow! Just to give you a hint, I always put in at least an hour on Saturday mornings at the gym.....can you beat me this week????

Joyful - Are you going to see Harry Potter also?!?!

Rainbow - I do some graphic design and publication design as well - I'd say just practice, practice, practice until you can build a portfolio of samples to send to people. Find the Adobe Design Suite for cheap on Ebay or Craigslist and practice with it - I'd be more than happy to coach you through a few things as well!

Me1st - Way to rock a personal best!!!

Envelope - I feel a loss coming your way in the a.m.!

Urth - You should join our hardcore exercise minutes challenge!!! Way to log the minutes today!

Dcap - Happy to hear from ya!!!

Have we heard from Kendra lately?!?!

Today I have... Swam laps for 60 minutes, played Basketball for 30, rode a stationary Bike for 25, and hit the Elliptical for an additional 25 as well. So far a total of 140 minutes of activity today, and I still have a bit of weight training and maybe another game of b-ball calling my name! I remember a time not too long ago when I would've DIED doing HALF this much! Here's to small, awesome, inspiring victories!

Early weigh-in (Don't think I'll be online tomorrow. If I am, I'll update again.)

Lost 10.2 / Pledge 2

Before anyone freaks out, recall from all my whining that I've been sick. That's likely mostly water and muscle.

Feeling much better and back to eating a full, on program menu.

Today is day 6 on plan.

Hey bleh... So glad it's the weekend, worked all day got off and walked my 6.2 miles, came home and drank some gin and sprite ate a bit then went out on a long and driven bike ride... total bike miles 12.2. For some reason i seem to have more energy when i'm a little tipsy

Hope everyone is doing well, so hard to keep up with everyone nowadays. Total miles today 18.4, weekly now 84.9 with one day to get 15 more miles, no problem...

Weight seems to be dogging me again, i am eating quite a bit nowadays though, maybe i should cut back some in hopes of getting the ball moving, we'll see after tomorrows weigh in.

Anon : Happy birthday girlie, i almost remember when i turned 24.

Pokey : Hope your weekend is great one also, sorry you are so sore, it's the price we pay.

kurisitaru : Is that you in the pics ?

Envelope : I had to laugh at the TV comments, didn't last to long.

Urthwurm : I reward myself with new shoes regularly, they wear out so fast when you pound out the miles on them.

Good Morning Troops!

Guess what time it is? That's right, time to get your last chance workouts in before weigh-ins tomorrow!

Celrae-- Sarge loves it when you taunt others into accepting side challenges!

Urth--Your "twilight-zonish place where you predict..." description reminded me of Bill & Ted's Most Excellent Adventure...don't forget to wind your watch!

Reso--Tough to keep up with everyone because you're putting in 100 miles weeks! I'll see if Anon can enter a separate column on the spreadsheet for BUI (Biking Under the Influence).

Budget -- 10.2 LOSS SO FAR!!!!!Sorry that the loss came from being sick this week, but that's gonna go a long way toward platoon goal this week!

K3--Gee, sorry you're still so busy...not much time to add fitocracy points...what a pity.....buwhahahahahaha.

Pokey--I do believe you've knocked another potential competitor from the arena. Awaiting appears to be AWOL! You're the platoon Rockem'- Sockem' Robot!

Me1st--Personal bests rock! How's that extra bunny coming along? Still having commitment issues?

Sarge now headed to gym...Joyful is breathing down Sarge's back...must stay ahead!

It's not like i'm smashed or anything, only a couple of drinks and then something to eat.

Reaffirmation day today, got up early early, wasn't sleeping well anyways, did a walk and watched the sun rise, my usual 6.2 miles, so less then 10 miles left.

It's time to bring it, i'm so tired of this struggle, i need/want to hit my mark, i am bringing everything i've got to bear on my goals now, using everything i've learned to drive this last mile so to speak. Maintenance should be somewhat easier then maintaining a sizeable calorie deficit for years i would hope.

Oh well thats the plan as of today. Will be extremely busy from here on out till late so have a good day people.
