Feeling much better. Actually left the recliner for some gentle walking around. Ate food that required chewing instead of broth and soft mashed stuff.
Have to be careful now. Usually, when I've been sick enough to lose my appetite or be unable to eat, when my appetite comes back it comes ROARING back.
So, mindfully increasing my calories as my activity level goes back up, but keeping a sharp eye on the numbers.
I'm still counting my sick days as on plan. Feels a little cheaty, because it's not the food plan I aspire too. But I wasn't over my calorie limit, that's for sure.

Really, I'm just hoping that whatever maintenance they do will fix the bug that has "Go to first unread" not working for me.
I am still having a really hard time and I am so overwhelmed with school. I barely have time to come online anymore so it is hard to keep up with this thread. But I am still doing the best I can and I will continue to pledge and I will post when I can. Things should settle down in about another week. If anyone has any tips on dealing with over eating when stressed or fitting in exercise when all you want to do is sleep let me know.
rmc - I am so sorry I bailed on our challenge I am glad Sarge moved you in with the hardcore challengers. Keep up all your hard work you can take them on.

I've been working, working, working today...then my husband and I decided to play hookey and go see the Pirates movie in the theaters! It was a challenge, because I usually get the popcorn and full calorie soda, but I popped some 100 calorie popcorn at home and brought that, a little baggie of Goldfish crackers and a couple of diet sodas for the two of us. Score one for weight loss!! I'm not gaining anything this week after already being down 2.4 pounds so far. I had my usual run this morning, and now just have 30DS ahead of me.

Rated - I am an epic stress eater. The only way advice I have to offer is either tell yourself firmly NO and try to think of other ways to relieve the stress, or make something low cal to snack on (100 calorie popcorn, carrots and low fat ranch dressing, etc). As far as exercise goes, can you squeeze in 30 minutes? I bet you can! Even 30 minutes is better than no minutes. For what it's worth, I am sorry that school is super stressful for you right now!!!
