Wow! The shrinkage going on here is amazing. All those nearing goal and hitting goal and hitting the 50 lb mark are great inspiration!
MadamB - thanks for the advise. I wouldn't have thought of the padded shorts, but it sounds like a smart move! (One would think I'd have enough natural padding, but I bet the bike shorts will make it much more comfy.) Our rail trail is the same as yours - long and flat (which I also like, if we're talking about bike trails).
We had a little change in plans, since it is POURING out all day. We did go get the bikes, so we'd be all set tomorrow. The gym is closed tomorrow for the holiday, so we're going to hit the trail in the morning. You should have seen the two un-handiest people on earth, standing in the pouring rain, trying to figure out how to hook the bike rack on!

I was hoping for two >< But knew that was unrealistic really at my height and weight.
I did the SHRED! I biked 14 miles this week, and I walked 2 miles.
If biking counts then I trekked 16 miles, if biking doesn't count... then I trekked only 2.
AND CONGRATS FOR EVERYONE WHO LOST! You're all amazing!
Next week I plan on being at 153! (-1lb... I have to be realistic).
And I pledge to bike 10 miles

The problem may be that you are trying to edit the PLATOON TOTAL page, which is locked. You should only edit your own individual tab, labeled "Munchey" found on the bottom of the spreadsheet. (They are in alphabetical order.) When you update your page, the PLATOON TOTAL page will automatically change to reflect this.

Sorry JayTee, i thought i mentioned going away this weekend, went way up north fishing with my family, no internet up there, no TV, no radio... You get the idea.
Anyways this is where i was.
And this is my niece taking my picture, i wasn't even ashamed of myself this year.
A Loon that was really bold, came within probably 15 feet of the boat to snoop.
And when i got home one of my new plants had finally bloomed, wow is that a beautiful flower, and huge...
Not to sure on my weight, did drink quite a bit this weekend but i ate extremely well i must say, i also went for quite a few smaller walks and i even went for a long swim with the girls, can't even remember the last time i swam, i really enjoyed that.
Still i'm gonna hit up my walk then clean up a bit and see about a weigh in, eek... If it's horrible i'll just use my 1 pound loss as of thurday as official because of travel and stress throwing a wrench into the plan.

Hi everybody, hope everyone is doing fine and full of win.
thought id share cause this is cute and silly at the same time. I got voluntold to walk in the 4th of july parade tomorrow and was told to wear red, white and blue so I figured why not? the flower on the blue nail was supposed to be a star but i didnt have the right brush so it became a flower LOL
excuse the polish on the cuticle and skin i havn't removed it with remover yet.
