GOOD MORNING PLATOON!!!!

Today's the LAST CHANCE WORKOUT!!!!! Get moving somehow! Burn that BUTT-er!!!!!

Pokey and Celrae - 660 and 720? DANG! I've got some work to do to catch y'all! My 570's no match for those numbers! I need to get off this computer and get my butt-er moving!!!! There's some yard work that needs doing and if I can knock it out early then I'll get the time in AND not have to swelter in the 98 degree expected heat today!

Jeanettey - I did pretty good at Outback! I did get the larger steak but brought over half of it home. My stomach has been shrinking! I know that's the case because I used to be able to polish off a 12 oz. steak there plus the sides with no problem. Last night it didn't happen and I brought home over half my steak. I couldn't even eat all of the steamed veggies so they came home with me too. That will be a nice lunch! I bet my dog will enjoy some of it too. LOL! He'll be begging for it as soon as he sees the little white to-go box come out of the fridge!

Okay, enough's enough! Time to go burn BUTT-er folks!!!!! Get your workout on!!!!!

Morning Platoon! Sorry I wasn't very good at keeping up with posts yesterday. I had company in town, and even then I kept saying "hang on a second I need to check the message boards" but I never gave myself enough time to adequately reply.

I laughed out loud when I started reading about all you gardening exhibitionists and all of your 3-ways My guest was like "Really? A dieting message board is that funny." Oh if he only knew....

Chickadee -- Surely the worst has passed now...can you see the light at the end of the tunnel yet? I'm glad your surgery went well!!

Sarge -- Thanks again for giving me a chance to join the platoon. I am loving this and am more motivated than ever!

I always think, that, as well! And then when I am doing the next workout, halfway through thinking "oh my gosh can I really do this?" I start telling myself that I definitely can because I was able to do the last one and I had the same thoughts then. Love c25k! I am not going to repeat a workout today, for the first time since I started. :/ Have a great time at the festivities!!!

Everyone, I made some slight changes to the spreadsheet to make the headings a little more clear. Hope that helps!

Anon: is there a quick and easy way to put the bottom tabs in alphabetical order for quick finding? Thanks for the sheet - I think it's really awesome!

Yes ma'am -- Done!

It will be much more tedious to make the names across the top on our PLATOON TOTAL page go in alphabetical order, so I'm not going to change that right now, but if we do end up using this spreadsheet, Sarge, I will change those for you, also.

Edit -- By the way, everyone, I call every female, regardless of age, ma'am. Even my friends and my younger cousins. It's a Southern thing!!

I'm still in the "overweight" category, albeit only by a few pounds AND 2. I weighed 20 POUNDS, YES 20 LESS than I do right now when I was a firefighter . . . uh, maybe because I had gotten so fat, it appears that I'm tooooo skinny DOH . . .
