OK TIME FOR PERSONALS:

rmc: I think you were going to buy bikes, helmets, etc . . . Word of advice . . . buy a decent pair of bike shorts (padded), you can find them on sale/clearance for $50-60 . . . and 20 miles really isn't that far, but I wouldn't start with more than 10-12 if you haven't been riding at all. If you're riding on an old rail line then it should be basically flat, which is how I like it, flat and looooong . . .(oh my, my mind went to the gutter) at least that's how they are here
Kendrab: Double duty on the SHRED, NICE . . . if you do that try to do Level 2, then do Level 1, (get the hard one out of the way first, that's what I do) I think it makes a difference
