For this month I would like to get in five workouts each week. I usally workout for at least a hour but there are times when I dont. I do a variety of things from weights to classes at my gym. My other goal is to get a workout in on the weekend no matter what it is! I always slack on weekend

You guys are so inspiring. Going to the gym has become a no-brainer for me and, once there, I really try to push myself. While on the treadmill today, I started to get bored as usual, thought about all the other things I needed to get done and almost cut my workout short. Then I thought of Gale and her 750 calories burned and kept my lazy a** going. Thanks!
