Hey Ladies!

Just stopping in for my late night check up on things. Between school and other cyber things (more on that later) it's been pretty busy.

LousiaH - hats off to you, down a pound after that! must be a whole lot of hard work going on over there.

Dancer - I'm sorry to hear about the ankle, I totally feel your pain but alas it will heal as will mine and off to the races we go! I think we got the same snow you guys did, sort of disappointing after all the gorgeous weather. And bless you! I'm glad you enjoyed them, they're actually kind of fun, there's a pretty crazy blogging community out there and it's a blast. It's going to be my accountability tool so I better find time!

MsP - Glad to hear about your puppy! poor thing, I bet whatever it was smelt divine to doggy nose too. glad you're food is good, mine's better too and you're so not a bad influence, lol, it's like high school, no jumping off a bridge now, ok? You're preaching to the choir! lol, so far, I'm managing everything alright school wise but the food thing seems to be the first thing I let drop, live and learn I guess and I have a month off from school to get my stuff together in May but I hope to be firmly rooted far before then. How did dinner go?

Krystalb - That's awesome!! and we've got, what 11 days left? You're going to blow that goal straight out of the water, WTG!

Aluxa - is that a 7.6lbs lose in March? that's fantastic too, my goodness you girls are giving me a great big kick in the pants which I much need.

Eclipse - Glad you're still checking on and it will come Opps, there it was a few posts lower, congrats.

Night Angel - congrats on the new decade!!

Taurie - Why thanks If by good I take the very liberal definition of that and pretend it means learning a lot of lessons the hard way, then yes, I'm doing awesome, lol. But I'll manage I just have a few things to figure out. What a successful night out! That's brillant. Woohoo a pound once I scroll down too.

Slim - Welcome!

Rashomon - You're incredibly close, and still 11 day left, you so have this!

As for me, the body finally let go of 3 binge pounds today and I'm feeling a lot more of my right mind too which is actually even better. As I alluded to earlier I've been busy with school (almost done 2 of 3 projects) and my DH surprised me with a domain this morning. I was so excited to start blogging, it's helped my head space so much it's incredible, that he bought me my own domain as a surprise! It was super cute but it took me a lot of today to figure it the heck out, I'm not a computer geek but I'm writing some code and simple things and it's been fun. It's nice having a little corner of the world all to one's self. So I'm off to bed and hopefull another few ounces will fall off tomorrow too.

Happy Saturday all!

Hi all, I am re-focusing in order to reach my goal for March...Today is Day 1 of my 7 day total lean body cleanse from GNC. I have also decided to stop counting points on weight watchers and turn to calorie counting for a while. I hope this will shake things up a little and I should see a good loss real soon.

I want to see GOAL REACHED in red at the end of the month!!!

Everyone is doing great!

I went closet shopping this morning. I had dh bring out the three boxes of clothes that haven't fit since God knows when. I wasn't expecting anything to fit yet 0- I just wanted to see what I had in what sizes and toss things that I know I'll never wear again. I was pleasantly surprised! I found two pairs of pants (one is a little snug still, but it fits and I wouldn't be embarasses to wear it. It'll be great in another 5 lbs or so) - one of them was size 18 (the one that fit) and the other was a 22 (but totally not equivilant to a regular 22, more like a very snug 18. I found several shirts, a pair of pjs, one skirt, and several pairs of panties that all fit now, and quite a few things that will fit soonish. I found out that I have pants down to size 10 and shirts down to large mediums and larges. I should be set until I get to my goal weight or lower!

Jeri-Shopping in one's own closet...now that's thrifty! I got rid of all my old clothes as I grew, so once I shrank I had to buy new stuff. I did a fair amount of Goodwill and garage/thrift sale shopping to get me by.

Welcome Slim and journey! It's always a pleasure to have more people join our little section of 3FC!!

Dinner Friday night went okay. I ate fairly reasonably, though I wouldn't call it on-plan since I ate cake, ice cream and a special supper. I did not stuff myself or feel guilty...both good signs! The weight fluctuation was not bad and I'm feeling good about how I handled birthday #1. Just gotta keep up the healthy foods in between celebrations and I'll consider it a success!

Yay MsP - I'm so glad you did better this time. We shall overcome!

Oh gotta run, didn't realize it was 11pm already. Still treating myself respectfully and eating well, exercise has been another story but more on that another day.

Just wanted to say hello again I did something to my internet and was off for a bit but I am back now. I will catch up on posts later. I hope everyone has been doing great.
I put on 4lbs 2 weeks ago from 1 day worth of scrapbooking. The food was good but I didn't think I ate 4lbs worth. So my goal of only having to lose 2lbs went up a bit. I lost 1.2 last week and 4.2lbs this week bring be to two goals.....March goal complete.....Onderland I'm finally here.

Thank you everyone for the kind words! I've been sick the past two days (sinus stuff). Went up 1.1 lbs, then back down 1.1 lbs, then I weighed in this morning and am at 230.4! so only 0.4 to reach my march goal! I'm so excited!

Tummy: This is my first month on the weight loss journey and that helps to make the weight go of quickly. I’m worry for the next months LOL.
Eclipse: I have clothes in all sizes and I have organized them by size in my library room closet. Once in a while I go to check what new acquisition I can make to my current wardrobe.
MSP: I was worried about my weekend behavior too, because my DH is a bad influence. I try to stay on plan but I was not sure how well I had done so this morning I visit the scale to find out that I behave correctly because I loss a pound this weekend although I cannot understand how.
Bigmid: Welcome back
Krystal: I hope you are feeling better and for being so close to your goal

Good morning all! I'm having a slow morning. I cannot seem to get motivated to get moving for more than 10 minutes at a time. We really got a lot done outside yesterday, but it's all VERY physical work and I still just feel worn out from it! Maybe I'll try to sneak in a nap later with DD and try to recover. I'm also experiencing some water retention which I'm guessing is a result of getting too dehydrated yesterday. I didn't even have to step on the scale to realize it either. My fingers were all chunky this morning and even my loosest ring was tight. Otherwise, I'm doing well today. I've gotten in a good breakfast and my vitamin (a habit I need to re-establish), so now I'm slowly plugging away at house cleaning and organizing. I'll be heading off for an errand or 2 soon. DS forgot his lunch on the counter, so I'm going to drop that off and I need to return some things to the library. Nothing earth shattering.
We are having DD2's birthday thing this weekend. I don't know if anyone's coming other than my in-laws at this point. She's turning 5...this is her first try at a small "friend" party and has only handed out 1 invite so far. The rest are going out today. The plan was for her to give them out in person this past few days, but that didn't work out as planned. We're only inviting 3 kids/families anyway, so it should stay small and easy, but still needs some planning and prep. It's also the first time the in-laws have seen the house since the day they helped us move some stuff in. So, I'm going to have some cleaning and decorating ahead of me. I guess that's good. I could use the extra activity since my shoulder's been tender and I've pulled back on the push up challenge for the week. Plenty to keep me busy. So I gotta WAKE UP!!!
